(details) Shareholders' meeting
of 1999 fiscal year was held on June 18, 2000. The meeting
has unanimously passed proposal of changing "Nantong
Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (Group)" into "Tonmac International
Co., Ltd.". It symbolizes that the enterprise has
made a key step in the course of development towards diversification,
internationalization, high-tech, multi-national group. Mr.
Song Jiaxing, member of standing committee, vice mayor of
Nantong City attended the shareholders' meeting and unveiled
plate of "Tonmac International Co., Ltd."
